To access the main dashboard, simply log in to Blogger. If you are already logged in, look for a link to the dashboard in the top corner left of any page and click it. This link is the blogger code. 
The dashboard displays all the blogs you started with Blogger. For each blog, you can quickly start a new post, view your blog, or move to other areas. One click takes you to the blog's settings, or to the template or layout you're using. Blogger control panel features You will be taken to your Blogger dashboard without any post. 
Before we move on to creating a post for your Blogger blog, let's get familiar with the Blogger Dashboard, this will make things easy for us. Your blog title, you can change it as you wish All your posts, your draft posts, and your imported posts. 
When you select any of them, all posts in that category will appear in the empty space. This your blog stats has 4 sections, the first is “Overview”, all page views today, page views yesterday, last month page views, time history page views, followers will appear when you select the overview. 
The second is "Post" when selected, it will show all your posts and pages viewed against the selected day and month. Next is Traffic Sources, here, URLs referring to your site, sites referring to your site and search keywords will appear when they are selected. 
The final section is Audience. The different countries of people who viewed your blog site, the browsers they use, and the operating systems they use will appear when they are selected. All comments on your blogging sites, both posted and unsolicited Select this to see if you qualify for Google AdSense for your blogger site pages such as homepage, sitemap, privacy policy, and disclaimer, contact us, etc.

Step 1: On your blogger dashboard click on Posts which is checked by default though but I say this if you are somewhere other than Posts on your blogger blog dashboard. You'll have two options to take you to the Writing and Editing Posts section. Either you click on "New Post" or "Create New Post". See the chart for more information.

 To schedule a time to publish your post, 
click the Schedule tab to expand it. 
Then choose Set date and time from the list by clicking the circle next to it. 
Then select a date and time to publish the post. You can do this either by typing a date or choosing one from the calendar. 
Then click done To customize your permalink, 
click the Permalink tab to expand it. Then select a custom permalink by clicking on the circle next to it. Then type a custom permalink and click done. This is the URL of your post now. To add your location, click on the Location tab to expand it. 
Then type your location in the search bar and click Search. The map should show you your location. Then tap done. The Options tab allows you to do several things once it's expanded. Don't allow or allow reader feedback. Select the preferred option by clicking the circle next to it. 
To change the build mode, choose the preferred one. By clicking on the circle next to it. 
To change how line breaks work, choose the preferred option by clicking the circle next to it. When you are done editing and customizing the post, 
click the Publish button. Your message has now been posted to your blog.
